Find a large enough spider, catch it, use adhesive tape to tape down its legs, then use forceps to slightly irritate the end of its stomach. You can soon get hold of the silk end attached there(be careful not to hurt it), and can slowly pull the silk out.(it will give out chemicals that will form the silk once in contact with air.)
